JOHN KEANE (Founder)
John Keane is the president of the Keane Insurance Group, an insurance agency based in Saint Louis, Missouri, specializing in professional liability insurance for physicians. John is married and is the father of eight children and one grandchild. John has also been an elder in his church for many years.

LES PROUTY (Executive Director)
Les has experience both in the insurance business as well as over 25 years as an ordained minister. Les has been married for over 30 years and is the father of five children and grandfather of four. Les is also an elder in his church as well as an ordained Baptist minister.
LUKE AND JULIE BROUWER (Executive Directors)
Luke and Julie serve as co-directors of Hope Medical. Luke is the big picture guy. Julie is the every little detail gal. It works (usually!). Luke and Julie met at Kuyper College (then Reformed Bible College) in Michigan. They moved to St. Louis where Luke earned Master of Divinity and Master of Counseling degrees from Covenant Seminay. Luke has directed a non-profit ministry and worked as a counselor for the past six years. Julie has worked for The Keane Insurance Group since moving to St. Louis in 2002 and with Les Prouty and Haiti Orphan Project since 2011. Julie manages the details: trips, donations, marketing and most recently the development of healthcare for the Village de Vie community. Together they will be developing and administrating HOPE Medical…FROM HAITI! They have three kids. Micah (9), Chloe (7) and Jude (5). They hope to be in Haiti by the end of 2013. WES MURRELL (Graphic & Video Designer)
Wes studied multimedia design in college and has aspired, all of his life, to cartoon and create. He’s the fifth child of eleven kids and is the son of Anglican minister Sam Murrell. He’s uncle to ten children and is the younger twin in the first of two sets of twins.
JEFF AND BECKY PETERS
Jeff and Becky Peters will also be serving in Haiti with Luke and Julie. Jeff spent his career in the printing, mailing and packaging industry and currently is also a partner in a marketing and advertising agency. Becky was in elementary education early on and is an LPC working in a Christian counseling center. They have lived on Hilton Head Island the past five years. They raised their two sons, Rob (28) and Gregg (26) in St. Louis. They also were foster parents to over 70 children. Jeff will serve with Julie in the development of the clinic and community health education in addition to fundraising. Becky will be responsible for the hospitality of visiting teams, working with Luke to develop trauma training classes for Haitians and coordinating the home schooling of the Brouwer children.
