Is your site secure?
Yes.  Any personally identifiable information that you submit with your order will be protected.  This information will never be disclosed to any third parties.

Can I place my order online and pick it up at your office?
Yes, you most certainly can.  There is an option while checking out your order to pickup from our office (135 West Adams Ave., Kirkwood, MO 63122) during normal operating business hours.  Our hours are:

  • Monday – Thursday 830AM till 500PM
  • Friday 830AM till 400PM

My order will not go through, what do I do?
We do apologize for any troubles you may have.  Before contacting us regarding your issues, please verify that you have completed all fields available with your details before submitting your order.  You should also make sure that you have the latest version of your web browser.  We have found that users with the latest web browser versions have no troubles submitting orders.

How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you decide that you want to cancel your current order.  If you wait too long, we may have already shipped the order.


What percentage of money spent goes to orphan care?
100% of all proceeds goes to orphan care.

What payment methods do you accept?
The Haiti Orphan Project currently accepts payments from all Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We accept checks if you are picking up your order in person.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes.  When checking out our site uses SSL encryption to ensure that your information is securely transmitted for payment.


When do you ship orders?
The Haiti Orphan Project staff currently ONLY ships orders on Mondays and Thursdays.  If a holiday falls on the same day that your order is to be shipped, it will be shipped the next non-holiday Monday or Thursday.

How long does shipping take?
Typical delivery of our items usually is between 2-7 business days.  Time of delivery is dependent on the day the order was placed, your location and which day it ships.

Can I have my order shipped outside of the US?
No.  We currently only offer shipping to customers within the US only.
